Guest Activities and Tour Guide

About the role

Join the Guest Activities team at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT, and lead Indigenous Guest Activities tours around Uluru, Kata Tjuta, and Watarrka National Parks. This onsite role combines cultural storytelling, guest hospitality, and on‑site support for the Tourist Information Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Indigenous Guest Activities touring as part of the Ayers Rock Resort program.
• Conduct Voyages tours within Uluru and Kata Tjuta National Parks.
• Assist visitors at the Tourist Information Centre, providing resort and park information.
• Welcome guests from diverse demographics and act as a cultural ambassador.
• Provide accurate information on Uluru, Kata Tjuta, and Watarrka National Parks and related partner products.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure a high level of service.

Required profile

• Experienced tour guide with a passion for culture and the environment.
• Full Australian Drivers Licence.
• Ability to engage with guests of various backgrounds.
• Strong knowledge of local national parks and Indigenous tourism.
