Growth Strategy & Operations Associate

About the role

As a Growth Strategy & Operations Associate you will join Blinq’s fast‑moving Growth team, working side‑by‑side with the Strategy & Operations Manager and cross‑functional partners in Sales, Marketing and Product. This entry‑level position offers a hands‑on opportunity to learn growth, RevOps and AI‑driven experimentation from the inside.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and iterate end‑to‑end growth programs such as outbound automations, referral schemes, direct‑mail campaigns and pricing experiments.
• Run AI‑native go‑to‑market experiments, from hypothesis generation to data‑driven analysis.
• Support RevOps processes, including pipeline tracking, reporting and tool integration.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to align initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Document learnings and build repeatable frameworks for future growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience or recent graduate eager to start a career in growth, strategy or operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and learning new technologies quickly.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and aligned with a high‑performance culture.
