Growth Marketing Manager – Lead Generation

About the role

First Page is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive lead generation across Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. You will work directly with entrepreneur and Shark Tank Australia investor Nick Bell, turning growth ideas into scalable campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, test and scale new growth opportunities in multiple markets.
• Launch and optimise lead‑generation funnels, landing pages and offers.
• Develop and run paid acquisition channels, referral and partnership programs.
• Improve website conversion rates and implement AI‑powered growth systems.
• Use automation tools to generate leads at scale and report on performance.

Required profile

• Resourceful, commercially minded and eager to learn.
• Experience in growth‑focused marketing, lead generation or related fields.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with minimal bureaucracy.
