Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Sansoni Management, the investment and business portfolio arm of Aaron Sansoni Group International, is hiring a full-time Growth Marketing Manager based at its Melbourne headquarters. The role leads digital marketing for the portfolio, focusing on customer acquisition, conversion, reactivation and retention, and reports to the Executive Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute digital marketing for Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and SEO, overseeing campaigns that deliver measurable results and revenue growth.
• Translate business objectives and commercial targets into clear digital plans across the full funnel.
• Collaborate with the team to run targeted, performance-driven campaigns supporting loyalty and engagement goals.
• Use customer data, segmentation and personalised messaging to improve campaign performance.
• Drive continuous improvement through testing, insights and analytics to scale performance marketing.

Required profile

• Extensive digital marketing experience with deep expertise in full-funnel strategy and multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience working in a marketing agency running multiple ad accounts.
• Experience planning, launching and optimising Meta and Google advertising campaigns, with a strong understanding of what drives leads, customers and revenue.
• Ability to look beyond the ad platform and judge performance against creative, audience, offer, landing page, follow-up and wider customer journey.
• Detail-oriented, organised, collaborative and able to take real ownership of work.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data and extract actionable insights.
• Data-driven mindset using A/B testing and optimisation to improve campaign performance.
• Understanding of Meta and Google advertising platforms.
