Grounds & Maintenance Attendant

About the role

Join the NRMA Batemans Bay Holiday Resort as a casual Grounds & Maintenance Attendant. You will help keep the resort’s outdoor areas, cabins and facilities in top condition while providing occasional customer assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain premium presentation of grounds, gardens and resort facilities.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance across caravan sites, cabins, amenities and pool areas.
• Assist with gardening projects, basic mechanical repairs, painting and weed control.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in grounds work and basic maintenance; trade qualification is a plus.
• Ability to work unsupervised, physically fit and able to work weekends and public holidays.
• Strong work ethic, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.

Required skills

• Operation of ride‑on and push mowers.
• Pruning, hedging and general landscaping.
• Weed control and basic horticultural tasks.
• Basic mechanical repairs and painting.
• Pool servicing and minor repairs.
