Graphic Designer – Marketing & Project Branding

About the role

Join Gardner Vaughan’s marketing team as a Graphic Designer, helping to shape and elevate the brand across corporate communications and project marketing campaigns. Working from our Nundah head office, you’ll collaborate with the Brand team and Project Marketing Executives to create high‑impact visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide creative execution for campaigns across digital, social, print, short‑form video, and outdoor channels.
• Design and produce brochures, floorplans, EDMs, website banners, and advertising materials.
• Repurpose existing design assets into engaging video content for organic and paid social media.
• Ensure all materials align with GVG’s brand guidelines, values, and project‑specific strategies.
• Prepare press‑ready artwork and coordinate with external suppliers such as printers and media agencies.
• Manage version control and maintain the central library of design assets.
• Update the GVG website using WordPress.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a design role.
• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Highly collaborative, passionate, and design‑driven.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Experience with Figma and Canva.
• Strong digital layout skills and ability to edit video for social media.
• Familiarity with WordPress for website maintenance.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (legibility, colour contrast, font selection).
