Graphic Designer

About the role

Meditrina Beverages, a winery with brands such as Gossips, Coolabah, Lucky Lips and Little Sammy, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer for its Marketing and Creative team. The role covers brand development, promotional design, product presentation and wine packaging, working with the Graphic Design and Marketing teams. It suits both emerging designers and experienced ones, and flexible full-time and part-time options are available.

Key responsibilities

• Design promotional and marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, tasting notes, product imagery and social media content.
• Help create and roll out POS collateral, including branded signage, retail displays and visual merchandising assets.
• Prepare artwork, keep brand consistency and supply accurate print-ready files for digital and physical use.
• Support brand and packaging projects, including concepts, brand refinement, mock-ups and meeting technical specifications.
• Coordinate artwork with external printers and suppliers to meet production timelines.
• Work with the Graphic Design, Marketing and internal teams, and liaise with sales reps, printers and packaging suppliers.
• Maintain organised file structures and design assets.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn production and packaging processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; collaborative, proactive attitude with good communication skills.
• Understanding of packaging or retail design environments (desirable).

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Print-ready artwork preparation using correct dielines, bleed and colour setup.
