Graphic Designer

About the role

Zurich, a global insurance leader and one of Forbes' World's Best Employers, is hiring a Graphic Designer in North Sydney, reporting to the Brand Lead. The role blends hands-on creativity with AI innovation, bringing Zurich and its other brands to life across customer and employee touchpoints while training, refining and governing AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Create reusable assets, smart templates, design systems and workflows that turn brand guidelines into machine-ready rules, helping teams deliver at speed with brand integrity.
• Train, refine and govern AI agents.
• Collaborate across marketing, content, social, digital, product, legal, risk and technology, balancing multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced, structured environment.

Required profile

• 3-4 years' graphic design experience, ideally in-house or agency-side, and a relevant qualification.
• Experience developing scalable prompts, templates and reusable assets.
• Experience with design systems and asset libraries, and knowledge of brand governance.
• Strong organisation, brief management and workflow improvement skills, attention to detail and understanding of regulated environments.
• Clear communication and collaboration across Brand, Marketing, Product and Comms.

Required skills

• Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and Canva.
• Practical experience with AI creative tools and curiosity to explore them further.
