Graphic Designer

About the role

Zurich is hiring a Graphic Designer who reports to the Brand Lead. The role blends hands-on creativity with AI innovation, bringing Zurich and its other brands to life across customer and employee touchpoints while training, refining and governing AI agents. You will build reusable assets, smart templates, design systems and workflows that turn brand guidelines into machine-ready rules.

Key responsibilities

• Create design across customer and employee touchpoints
• Train, refine and govern AI agents
• Build reusable assets, templates, design systems and workflows
• Collaborate with marketing, content, social, digital, product, legal, risk and technology teams

Required profile

• 3-4 years' graphic design experience, ideally in-house or agency-side, and a relevant qualification
• Experience developing scalable prompts, templates and reusable assets
• Experience with design systems and asset libraries, and brand governance knowledge
• Strong organisation, brief management and workflow improvement skills
• Attention to detail and understanding of regulated environments
• Clear communication and collaboration across Brand, Marketing, Product and Comms

Required skills

• Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and Canva
• Practical experience with AI creative tools and curiosity to explore them
