Senior Creative Designer (12-month fixed term)

About the role

Nearmap, which provides aerial imagery, AI-driven analytics and geospatial tools for property professionals, is hiring a Senior Creative Designer for a 12-month fixed-term position. You will be a key custodian of the brand's visual identity, working with the Brand and Content team and with marketing and GTM teams across regions. The role is based in Sydney.

Key responsibilities

• Lead visual identity and asset creation for 5 global campaigns, from digital ads to event booths
• Keep brand guidelines consistent across all platforms and run the full design process from ideation to delivery
• Manage external designers when work is outsourced and use campaign performance data to inform creative decisions
• Build the link between brand and Product Design, sharing research, UX principles and visual language
• Bring in outside design thinking such as trends, tools and techniques

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print and social (global scope preferred)
• University degree in design, marketing, communications or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and external contributors at once, with strong cross-functional communication

Required skills

• Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
• Motion design and storyboarding, beyond static assets
• Strong design fundamentals: typography, colour, layout and visual hierarchy
• Developing and maintaining brand guidelines
