Key responsibilities
- Receive industry‑leading training in professional consulting and recruitment tools, including AI‑driven platforms.
- Generate new business, develop a client portfolio, and build relationships that treat your desk as a personal business.
- Identify, attract and pre‑qualify top talent, conduct interviews and reference checks.
- Represent candidates to clients, develop your personal brand, and meet performance metrics.
