Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Sales & Business Development

About the role

FourQuarters Recruitment, an established national recruitment consultancy with about 15 years in the Australian market, is recruiting a university graduate to join its team in the Scoresby office in Melbourne's South East. This is a 360-degree recruitment role combining proactive business development, client relationship management and end-to-end recruitment. You will work alongside experienced recruiters who provide training and mentoring.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call and generate new business opportunities
• Secure client meetings and develop long-term relationships
• Understand clients' businesses and recruitment requirements
• Source, interview and assess candidates
• Manage recruitment assignments through to successful placement
• Build your own client portfolio and specialist market
• Work towards commercial targets and earn commission

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
• Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Resides within reasonable proximity to the Scoresby office (state your suburb when applying)
• Enthusiasm for sales, prospecting and winning new business; competitive and motivated by financial success
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport
• Proactive, organised and willing to learn; previous customer-facing experience is an advantage but not required
