About the role
The Graduate Recruitment Consultant will join Robert Half's high‑performing Sydney team, reporting to the Senior Manager. You will receive industry‑leading training, mentorship, and access to cutting‑edge recruitment tools, including AI‑driven platforms, to build your own client portfolio and talent pool.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business and develop a personal portfolio of corporate clients.
- Identify, attract and pre‑qualify top talent across multiple sectors.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks and evaluate candidate skills.
- Represent candidates to clients and promote your personal brand in the market.
- Utilise Robert Half’s global support network and on‑site induction programs.
