Graduate Program – Project & Program Management

About the role

Seven Consulting is seeking motivated graduates to join its Project and Program Management graduate program. Working closely with the Founder and senior consultants, you will gain hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle and develop core PMO competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of large‑scale IT‑enabled transformation projects.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients to capture business requirements.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, status reports and risk registers.
• Participate in daily PMO activities, including scheduling, resource allocation and issue tracking.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project team.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and solve problems proactively.
• High energy, team‑oriented mindset and willingness to receive feedback.
• Australian or New Zealand citizenship (or permanent residency).
• Australian Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a project or program management‑related field.
• References from previous employers or teachers.
