About the role

Siemens is seeking motivated graduate engineers to join a two‑year development program starting February 2027 in Brisbane and Sydney. You will work on real projects that combine technical design with commercial delivery, helping customers create smarter, more sustainable buildings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop technical and commercial expertise with operational and sales teams.
• Design, sell and deliver solutions for building automation, HVAC, controls and networking systems.
• Partner with customers and technical experts to solve challenges in human‑centric autonomous buildings.
• Participate in proposal development, strategic selling, stakeholder engagement and project delivery.

Required profile

• Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
• Curious, innovative mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and eager to solve problems.
• Passion for making a positive impact through technology.
