Industrial Painter/Blaster – Full‑Time Workshop Role

About the role

Alfabs Protective Coatings is expanding rapidly and seeks experienced Industrial Painter/Blasters to join its renowned workshop team. Work on Tier 1 construction, mining and infrastructure projects alongside a supportive crew.

Required profile

• 12+ months industrial painting and blasting experience
• Airless and conventional spray application experience
• Surface preparation and mechanical tool experience
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Solid work ethic and reliability
• Good communication and ability to work as part of a crew
• Ability to pass pre‑employment and ongoing drug and alcohol testing
• Trade certificate or relevant qualification (preferred)
