Graduate Engineer – Water Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a recent Civil Engineering graduate to join our Water Infrastructure team in Melbourne (or Traralgon). The role offers a hybrid work environment and a structured Graduate Development Program designed to launch a long‑term career in water‑related projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of major water pipelines, pumping stations and treatment facilities.
• Prepare proposals, technical reports and documentation for client and internal use.
• Participate in community initiatives and sustainability projects related to water management.
• Engage in mentoring sessions, networking events and industry workshops.
• Attend both in‑person and online training covering consulting skills, time management and technical topics.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering graduate (within the last 2 years) with a credit average.
• Strong desire to build a career in water infrastructure within an international consultancy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to manage workload effectively.
• Fundamental knowledge of analytical methods and engineering principles.
