Graduate Engineer – AI‑Driven Product Development

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Engineer to join PlexusLegal’s engineering team. You will work at the intersection of product and customer, delivering real code that directly impacts how our legal operating system is used by leading enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in customer workflows.
• Develop lightweight tools and fixes that address gaps not yet covered by the product roadmap.
• Serve as the engineering liaison to understand and convey how customers interact with the platform.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools for coding, debugging, research and documentation from day one.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or final‑year student in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Daily, self‑initiated use of AI tools for software development.
• Ability to write clean code in at least one programming language and debug systematically.
• Strong desire to learn quickly, thrive in ambiguity and communicate effectively with non‑technical stakeholders.
