Graduate Data Centre Client Success Associate

About the role

This is an entry-level Client Success Associate position in data centre operations, based in Melbourne and described as a hybrid role. It is presented as an entry point into APAC data centre operations with clear growth potential, supporting mission-critical infrastructure that serves Australia's digital economy. The associate partners with the Client Success team, taking ownership of reporting, issue resolution and engagement coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new clients through onboarding and training for successful project launches
• Help organise client workshops, events and strategy sessions
• Monitor and analyse KPIs to track performance and find improvement opportunities
• Represent client priorities across teams and coordinate client projects to internal standards
• Create client resources such as guides, FAQs and process documentation
• Build, review and distribute regular and custom reports, keeping dashboards high quality and reliable
• Work with technical teams to troubleshoot and fix data issues quickly
• Prepare data-driven insights for meetings and performance reviews
• Handle service requests by prioritising, tracking and resolving them within agreed timelines
• Record client interactions in the case management system and keep clients updated on issue progress
• Take part in team reviews to improve client success processes

Required profile

• 1+ years in client services, account coordination, reporting or customer support
• Melbourne-based graduate or early-career professional
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability with internal teams
• Positive, eager-to-learn attitude with strong attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solver passionate about operational excellence
