Graduate Consultant – Project Management (Townsville)

About the role

Join Aurecon’s Graduate Program as a Graduate Consultant in Project Management, based in Townsville. You will work on real client projects from day one, gaining hands‑on experience while developing your consulting and technical capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Apply analytical and problem‑solving skills on live client projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, advisory and design.
• Participate in workshops, self‑paced learning and mentorship to grow your career.
• Engage with the early‑career network, Limelight, to build professional connections.
• Take ownership of your development while delivering project management support.

Required profile

• Relevant degree (Engineering, Project/Construction Management, Architecture, Surveying, Town and Urban Planning) completed or near completion.
• Available to start full‑time in early February 2027.
• Australian citizenship is mandatory.
• Motivation to develop consulting and professional capabilities.
