Graduate Civil Engineer - Stormwater & Trade Waste

About the role

GRAF Australia is hiring two graduate civil engineers to join its Henderson, Perth head office. The role provides technical support to the distribution and sales teams across Australia, focusing on Stormwater and Trade Waste. It suits a motivated, flexible and positive person eager to learn.

Key responsibilities

• Support the technical department and assist in designs and calculations
• Build knowledge of the product range and help the sales team deliver engineered solutions
• Produce AUTOCAD drawings and designs, and update and maintain the drawing library
• Develop and maintain manuals
• Prepare product proposals to gain approvals from state and local councils
• Work with the quality team to develop and maintain production QC sheets and run production audits
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work within the team to meet sales and operational needs

Required profile

• Civil Engineering Bachelor's degree
• Valid Class C driving licence
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting solutions
• Preferred: courses in fluid dynamics, environmental management, sustainable urban drainage design and flood management

Required skills

• AUTOCAD and REVIT
• Nice to have: SolidWorks
