About the role
Join Surbana Jurong’s two‑year Graduate Development Program as a Graduate Engineer in Civil Engineering. You will work on major infrastructure projects in either Newcastle or Canberra, gaining hands‑on experience from day one while being supported by senior engineers and a structured learning framework.
Key responsibilities
- Support design development, including preparation of drawings, 3D models and technical documentation.
- Assist with engineering calculations and analysis for roads, drainage, or structural elements under senior guidance.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to understand how designs are implemented on live projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate design inputs and meet project milestones.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Motivation to solve real‑world problems and contribute to large‑scale infrastructure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D (experience with 12D is advantageous).
