Graduate Accountant – Two‑Year Rotational Programme

About the role

Kick‑start your accounting career with Flight Centre Travel Group’s structured two‑year Graduate Accountant programme. You will rotate through four six‑month placements across transactional and technical finance, gaining real‑world exposure to a high‑volume, multinational business.

Key responsibilities

• Support transaction processing, reconciliations and exception management across finance functions.
• Assist with financial and management accounting activities, reporting and analysis, including monitoring cash, ledgers and unreconciled transactions.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and special projects while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required profile

• Accounting or finance degree with CA or CPA provisional membership underway or about to start.
• Curious mindset, strong analytical interest and confidence in Excel.
