Sales Coordinator

About the role

Heidelberg Materials Australia is looking for a highly organised, detail-focused Sales Coordinator (also called Sales Support Coordinator) to support its Victorian Sales Team in Doncaster. The role keeps data flowing accurately, pricing sound and reporting timely, so that Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers and State Managers can focus on commercial performance. It sits alongside the Sales Administrator function.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end sales administration support across systems, pricing, reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Maintain accurate real-time transactional sales data and oversee regional sales and pricing master data integrity
• Support price increases, analyse product margins and discounts, and approve quotations within delegation authority
• Improve system processes, compliance and pricing models
• Deliver weekly order wrap-ups, monthly reports and analysis, post-delivery summaries, lab billing administration and billing investigations
• Build strong working relationships with TSMs, SMs, State Managers and cross-functional teams (Sales, Credit, Technical, Operations, IT)
• Communicate insights, issues and required actions proactively to stakeholders
• Deliver sales system training (1:1 and small group) as required
• Ensure compliance with OHS/WHS legislation and IRMS requirements, supporting the Zero Harm philosophy

Required profile

• 2+ years' experience in sales administration
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Confidence delivering system training
• High energy, productive, reliable, accountable and solutions-focused

Required skills

• SAP ERP experience (highly regarded)
• CRM system experience (preferred)
• Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
