General Superintendent – Major Wind Farm Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead the civil delivery of one of North Queensland's largest wind farm projects. You will own the safe, commercial and successful execution of key project packages, working on a FIFO 2:1 roster.

Key responsibilities

• Lead civil construction teams across major project packages.
• Drive program delivery, productivity and commercial performance.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site resources.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead safety, environmental compliance and quality initiatives.
• Mentor Supervisors, Leading Hands and site personnel.
• Coordinate three‑week look‑ahead programs.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required profile

• 7+ years civil construction experience.
• Previous Superintendent or Senior Supervisor experience.
• Experience delivering projects valued over $5M.
• Strong background in earthworks, roads or civil infrastructure.
• Commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
