About the role
Danila Dilba Health Service is looking for experienced General Practitioners to join the multidisciplinary team at its Humpty Doo Clinic. You will deliver high‑quality, culturally safe primary health care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary medical services to patients of all ages.
- Collaborate with nurses, allied health professionals and community workers to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to AHPRA standards.
- Participate in health promotion and disease prevention initiatives.
- Uphold cultural safety and sensitivity in all patient interactions.
Required profile
- Current registration as a Medical Practitioner with AHPRA.
- Fellowship of RACGP or ACRRM.
- Valid medical indemnity insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to improving health outcomes for local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
