General Practitioner – Full-Time or Part-Time

About the role

Medical Centre Frankston, a busy, welcoming practice with an established patient base and 98% GP utilisation, is seeking a vocationally registered GP to join its team. The practice is part of a 100% doctor-owned and operated group that values clinical autonomy. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

The practice welcomes a GP with a holistic, patient-centred approach and interests in routine medicine, chronic disease management, elderly care, mental health, skin and skin cancer care, infusions, occupational health or pain management. It is located close to Frankston Hospital and local shops, with a diverse patient community including older adults, adolescents and working-age patients.

What we offer

• Strong patient demand and a busy, organised practice; current GPs bill approximately $400 per hour.
• Nursing support from four skilled nurses and administration from six receptionists handling recalls and follow-ups.
• Seven other GPs in a welcoming, multicultural team, with regular clinical and support team meetings.
• Spacious, purpose-built clinic with consulting rooms, a two-bed treatment room, waiting areas, onsite doctor parking and staff amenities.
• Bulk billing eligibility through the Bulk Billing Practice Incentive Program, subject to program requirements.
• A DPA location suitable for a FRACGP with moratorium restrictions, in a mixed-billing, GP-owned clinic.
