General Foreman – High Rise Residential Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to support the Site Manager on a prestigious 60+ storey luxury residential tower in Brisbane. You will coordinate multiple trades, drive daily programmes and uphold the highest safety and quality standards throughout construction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate subcontractor trades on site.
• Drive construction programmes and daily site activities.
• Monitor productivity and maintain project milestones.
• Ensure WHS compliance across all work fronts.
• Oversee quality control and workmanship standards.
• Manage site logistics and trade sequencing.
• Support the Site Manager in achieving project objectives.
• Lead, mentor and motivate site teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a General Foreman on large commercial or residential projects.
• High‑rise construction experience, preferably on towers exceeding 20 storeys.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management abilities.
• Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and methodology.
• Proven ability to manage site productivity and programme requirements.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality outcomes.

Required skills

• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (preferred).
• Current White Card.
