Full‑Time Store Associate – Retail Customer Service

About the role

UNIQLO is seeking enthusiastic Store Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences in its Burnside store. As a full‑time team member, you will act as a brand ambassador, helping shoppers find high‑quality LifeWear clothing while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers with a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising on the shop floor.
• Provide excellent service at fitting rooms, checkout counters, and throughout the store.
• Process deliveries, keep stock rooms tidy, and manage back‑of‑house areas.
• Replenish inventory and update displays to reflect current promotions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions quickly and accurately.
• Willingness to work flexible full‑time hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays.
