About the role
The Store Associate is the customer service specialist of the store, responsible for exceeding customer expectations and acting as a brand ambassador.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain excellent shop floor standards.
- Provide exceptional service at the shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts.
- Process deliveries, keep stock and back‑of‑house areas tidy.
- Replenish stock and update displays on the shop floor.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Approachable, good communication with a range of customers.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions quickly and a desire to achieve the best.
