Full-Time Bartender

About the role

Pier One Sydney Harbour is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Full-Time Bartender to join its Food & Beverage team. The venue is described as one of Sydney's most iconic waterfront locations, and the role sits at the heart of the guest experience, serving expertly crafted drinks, engaging with guests and keeping the bar clean and stylish.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and standards
• Open and serve wine and champagne bottles with precision
• Maintain the cleanliness and setup of the bar and surrounding areas
• Stock and replenish supplies including ice, glassware and garnishes
• Process payments accurately and complete end-of-shift banking duties
• Secure all alcohol and bar equipment at the end of each shift
• Follow RSA and safety guidelines at all times
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner and support the team

Required profile

• Previous bartending experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Current NSW RSA certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including public holidays, evenings and weekends
