DevOps Consultant

About the role

As a DevOps, Platform Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering Consultant with an AI focus, you will guide enterprise clients and delivery teams in adopting AI‑enabled engineering practices, modern DevSecOps and SRE capabilities. You will evaluate current environments, design transformation roadmaps, and enable platforms that boost software delivery performance, resilience, security and developer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client IT landscapes to identify efficiency gains through DevOps, DevSecOps and cloud‑native platforms.
• Define and execute transformation roadmaps that introduce modern engineering platforms and AI‑driven operations.
• Architect and implement infrastructure‑as‑code, internal developer platforms and observability solutions.
• Collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders to deliver measurable engineering excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement in software delivery, reliability, security and developer experience.

Required profile

• Proven consulting experience delivering DevOps, DevSecOps and SRE solutions for enterprise clients.
• Strong leadership skills to guide delivery teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep practical knowledge of modern engineering toolchains and cloud platforms.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and measurable outcomes.
