Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Hide and Seek Digital is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, build and maintain a range of digital solutions for government, enterprise and private‑sector clients. You will work across the entire product lifecycle, from shaping technical architecture to delivering AI‑enhanced features and integrating complex systems.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, product leads and delivery managers to develop custom web applications, digital products and government/enterprise websites.
• Build and maintain front‑end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Next.js or Vue.
• Develop back‑end services with Node.js, serverless functions and cloud‑native platforms, handling APIs, authentication and data storage.
• Integrate SharePoint, Microsoft 365, CRM and identity systems, creating seamless workflows and headless CMS solutions.
• Design and implement AI‑enabled tools, agents and RAG‑style architectures using OpenAI, Azure AI or similar services.
• Ensure performance, scalability and code quality through agile practices and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Enjoys working across the full product lifecycle and solving real business problems.
• Comfortable in agile teams, communicating technical decisions clearly.
• Possesses an active NV1 security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to clean, maintainable code.

Required skills

• Modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
• Experience with React, Next.js or Vue.
• Node.js back‑end development, APIs and serverless/cloud‑native architectures.
• Working knowledge of databases, authentication and third‑party integrations.
• Familiarity with AI APIs, LLMs, agents, RAG, embeddings or vector databases.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS or Vercel cloud platforms.
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform or Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of headless CMS (Drupal, Storyblok, Sanity) and databases such as Supabase or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of identity providers like Auth0, Okta or Entra ID.
