Agile Project Manager – ACT

About the role

As an Agile Project Manager within Canon's IT Services PMO, you will lead high‑impact, customer‑facing technology projects from planning through delivery, partnering with internal specialists, vendors and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple customer projects using Agile practices.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources and quality outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal specialists and senior stakeholders.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery teams, technical specialists and third‑party partners.
• Prepare and present project updates, dashboards and status reports to governance forums.
• Maintain accurate project forecasts, resource plans and revenue projections.
• Support smooth transition from project delivery to operational support.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience delivering complex IT software application projects in mid‑market or enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to lead projects using Agile, Scrum or iterative delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organisational levels.
• Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and change control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including reporting and presentations.
