Full Stack Developer

About the role

Apparent Communications is seeking a senior Full‑Stack Developer to create and maintain digital solutions for global and local brands. You will join a collaborative, dog‑friendly team in our Eveleigh headquarters and work on a mix of client projects using modern web technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full‑stack applications using React, Next.js, Node.js and .NET.
• Write detailed technical specifications and accurate effort estimates for new features.
• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of projects, from architecture through testing to production support.
• Collaborate closely with design, strategy and production teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews under the guidance of a technical lead.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Full‑Stack Developer in an agency or software house.
• Proven ability to produce high‑detail estimates and technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Expertise in ReactJS and the Next.js framework.
• Advanced TypeScript, HTML and CSS proficiency.
• Solid experience with Node.js and .NET for API development.
• Deep understanding of relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL query writing.
• Familiarity with modern CMS platforms and AI‑assisted development tools.
