Full Stack Developer – AI & Integration

About the role

Join Southern Cross Austereo’s Sydney Technology team as a Full Stack Developer focused on building AI‑assisted applications and integration tools. You will work on both greenfield products and extensions to existing enterprise platforms, helping the company modernise its audio and media operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and end‑users to understand workflows and translate them into practical software solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end full‑stack applications, covering front‑end, back‑end, data models and cloud deployment.
• Architect and implement AI agent systems, including tool use, memory management, human‑in‑the‑loop workflows and observability.
• Integrate solutions with broadcast, sales and other business platforms via APIs, webhooks and authentication flows.
• Champion AI‑assisted development by coaching non‑technical builders, reviewing code and promoting responsible AI practices.

Required profile

• Strong communicator who enjoys working directly with users to shape solutions.
• 2+ years of full‑stack development experience with depth in at least one language.
• Hands‑on experience building with large language models beyond basic API calls.
• Pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset with ability to balance discovery and rapid iteration.
