Fulfillment Planner

About the role

The Fulfillment Planner will manage replenishment and fulfillment activities for Signify’s Consumer portfolio across the Pacific region. Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Manager Consumer AMEA, you will ensure products are available and delivered on time while collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and regional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage replenishment and fulfillment processes to guarantee product availability and on‑time delivery.
• Develop and maintain an 18‑month rolling baseline forecast, correcting historical data and updating forecasts.
• Maintain planning master data and parameters according to regional supply‑chain guidelines.
• Release and monitor purchase orders, track supplier confirmations and delivery timelines.
• Own the MTS/MTO purchase‑order fulfillment cycle from requisition to product availability at customer‑facing locations.
• Monitor inventory levels, availability outlook, and inventory quality; escalate risks and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with internal and external suppliers to resolve supply issues and improve service performance.
• Identify and communicate supply risks, opportunities, and changes to stakeholders.
• Support new product introductions and phase‑in/phase‑out activities with cross‑functional teams.
• Analyse fulfillment performance and recommend process improvements, cost efficiencies, and service enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply‑chain planning, fulfillment, logistics or inventory management.
• Proven experience in demand forecasting, supplier collaboration and inventory planning.
