About the role
Crown Resorts is hiring a Front Office Clerk for its Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade hotels in Perth. As the face of the hotel, you will welcome guests warmly and professionally so that every check-in and check-out is seamless and memorable. This is a part-time position of 48 to 76 hours per fortnight, with a mix of morning, afternoon and overnight shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional check-in and check-out services
- Assist with hotel reservations and guest enquiries
- Process accommodation payments accurately
- Create positive guest experiences through genuine guest interaction
Required profile
- Experience in hospitality, tourism or hotel operations
- Previous experience in a front-facing customer service position
- Well presented and impeccably groomed
- Available to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
Required skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multitasking and staying calm under pressure
