Bell Captain

About the role

Crown Resorts is seeking an experienced, guest-focused Bell Captain to lead its Hotel Operations team at one of Perth's premier hotel destinations. The role leads the daily operation of Bell Services, ensuring smooth arrival and departure experiences while developing and inspiring a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of Bell Services, including luggage services, valet parking and driveway management
• Coach, mentor and develop Bell Services Attendants and Doorpersons to deliver exceptional service
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, group movements and special guest requests
• Ensure service standards are consistently delivered across all guest touchpoints
• Manage team rosters, labour resources and operational requirements
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally and on time
• Maintain strong relationships with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and other hotel departments
• Support a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience in hotels, hospitality, guest services or a similar customer-focused environment
• Passion for guest experiences and leading service-focused teams
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities and operational demands
• A current manual driver's licence is essential

Required skills

• Experience with Opera or similar property management systems is highly regarded
