Front Office Assistant Manager (Hospitality)

About the role

We are looking for a Front Office Assistant Manager to join our team at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara. You will support the Front Office Manager in leading the front desk team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations in a 4/5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee training, development and performance management of front office staff.
• Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, checklists and standards.
• Maintain open communication between front desk, concierge and housekeeping to deliver high‑level service.
• Supervise day‑to‑day front office operations and act as a role model for guest interactions.
• Utilise Opera Cloud (or similar PMS) to manage reservations and guest data.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a 4/5‑star hotel.
• Strong leadership and team‑coaching abilities.
• Willingness to live onsite in Yulara and work flexible shifts.

Required skills

• Opera Cloud (property management system) experience.
