Front of House Team Leader - Oxley

About the role

Fitness Cartel is looking for a Front of House Team Leader for its club in Oxley. As the face of the club, you will lead by example, support and mentor the Reception Team, help oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations and create a welcoming, energetic environment for members.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable member experiences.
• Support, coach and motivate the Reception Team, including onboarding and day-to-day guidance.
• Welcome members, answer enquiries, process memberships, bookings and retail purchases using the club systems.
• Assist with café operations, retail sales and recommend supplements and nutrition products.
• Keep the reception, café and retail areas clean, well-stocked and presented to Fitness Cartel standards.
• Support the Customer Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the club while maintaining company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or the fitness industry.
• Passion for customer experiences and genuine relationships with members.
• Confident in retail sales, with supplement and nutritional knowledge highly regarded.
• A positive, proactive and organised leader who enjoys developing others.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain one), Australian working rights and flexibility to work a rotating gym roster.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
