Front End Loader Operator

About the role

Heidelberg Materials is looking for an experienced Front End Loader Operator to join the high‑output site supporting the Waterloo Corner precast segment project. The role works 12‑hour rotating day and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a front‑end loader to maintain steady material flow across the site.
• Complete daily pre‑start checks and promptly report any maintenance issues.
• Work closely with the project team to meet production and safety targets.
• Maintain clean, safe stockpiles and work areas.

Required profile

• Previous experience operating a front‑end loader in quarry, construction or similar environments.
• Valid loader ticket and a driver’s licence.
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
• Ability to work efficiently around fixed and mobile plant.
