About the role
IQVIA is seeking freelance translators who are native Southern Sotho speakers and fluent in English to translate life‑science content, including clinical trial documents. This remote role allows you to work with a global leader in analytics and clinical research.
Key responsibilities
- Translate, review and edit Southern Sotho source material into accurate English for life‑science projects.
- Deliver translated content within tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
- Collaborate with IQVIA’s global translation services team to ensure consistency across markets.
Required profile
- Native fluency in Southern Sotho and fluent written English.
- At least 1 year of experience translating life‑science content, clearly listed on your CV.
- University degree in translation/linguistics with ≥2 years experience, or no degree with ≥5 years experience.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with translation management systems.
- Experience using CAT tools.
