About the role
IQVIA is seeking freelance translators to convert life‑sciences content from English into Gaelic (Irish). You will join a global community of linguists, delivering clinical trial documents and other scientific materials for a leading analytics and research provider.
Key responsibilities
- Translate, review, and edit English life‑sciences documents into Gaelic (Irish) while meeting tight deadlines.
- Use translation management systems and CAT tools to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
Required profile
- Native fluency in Gaelic (Irish) – spoken and written.
- Fluent in English – spoken and written.
- At least 1 year of experience translating life‑sciences content, clearly detailed in your CV.
- University degree in translation/linguistics with ≥2 years experience, or no degree with ≥5 years experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with translation management systems.
- Experience using computer‑assisted translation (CAT) tools.
