Freelance English to Portuguese (Portugal) Translator

About the role
IQVIA is seeking freelance translators to convert English life‑science content into European Portuguese. You will join a global community of linguists and work on clinical trial documents and other scientific materials for a leading analytics and research provider.
Key responsibilities
- Translate, review and edit English life‑science documents into Portuguese (Portugal) with high accuracy.
- Deliver translations within tight deadlines while maintaining consistency across projects.
Required profile
- Native fluency in Portuguese (Portugal) and fluent English, both spoken and written.
- At least 1 year of experience translating life‑science content, clearly listed on your CV.
- University degree in translation/linguistics with ≥2 years experience, OR no degree with ≥5 years experience.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict timelines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with translation management systems.
- Experience using CAT tools.
