About the role
IQVIA is seeking freelance translators to convert life sciences content from English into Luganda. You will join a global community of linguists supporting clinical trial documents and other scientific materials.
Key responsibilities
- Translate, review, and edit life sciences documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Deliver translations within tight deadlines while working independently.
Required profile
- Native fluency in Luganda (spoken and written) and fluent English.
- At least 1 year of experience translating life sciences content, clearly detailed in your CV.
- University degree in translation/linguistics with ≥2 years experience, OR no degree with ≥5 years experience.
- Ability to work remotely from any location and meet strict timelines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with translation management systems.
- Experience using CAT (Computer‑Assisted Translation) tools.
