About the role
Join IQVIA’s Translation Services team as a freelance translator working from English into Japanese. You will support the delivery of life‑sciences content, including clinical trial documents, for a global leader in analytics and clinical research.
Required profile
- Native fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) and fluency in English.
- At least 1 year of experience translating, reviewing, and editing life‑sciences content, clearly detailed in your CV.
- University degree in translation/linguistics with ≥2 years experience, OR no degree with ≥5 years experience.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
- Prior experience with a translation or localisation company is desirable but not essential.
Required skills
- Experience with translation management systems.
- Proficiency with CAT (Computer‑Assisted Translation) tools.
