FP&A Manager

About the role

The FP&A Manager will partner with the CFO and Executive Team to shape financial strategy, challenge performance and drive business outcomes across Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Korea.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end planning cycle, shaping assumptions and aligning senior stakeholders.
• Own business‑unit P&L and cash‑flow reporting for ANJ regions and optimise reporting infrastructure.
• Drive executive‑level performance reviews, delivering insights that influence CEO/CFO decisions.
• Manage working‑capital, cash‑flow agenda and fixed‑cost governance (ZBB) for the region.
• Develop and track performance metrics, identify opportunities and partner with stakeholders on recommendations.

Required profile

• Significant FP&A or commercial finance experience in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders (CFO, GM, ELT) and lead transformation projects.
• Leadership experience with coaching and developing a finance team.
• FMCG or large‑retail background essential.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Advanced presentation and communication skills.
