Forklift / Diesel Apprenticeship

About the role

Fork Force Australia, one of Australia's largest independent forklift companies, is offering a 4-year apprenticeship in Mobile Plant Technology / Forklift Technology. It combines practical and theoretical on-the-job experience with extensive training, and suits motivated, committed and reliable people.

Key responsibilities

• Receive full one-on-one mentoring and support from qualified mechanics
• Attend TAFE for practical and theory learning
• Service and repair of forklifts and associated equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems such as engines, transmissions and control boards

Required profile

• A strong desire to become qualified in Mobile Plant Technology
• Genuine interest in mechanical equipment
• Ability to undertake manual physical work
• Punctual, reliable and energetic
• Commitment to complete a 4-year apprenticeship
• Completed at least Year 12
• Driver's licence
