Foreman Opportunities – Tier 1, 2 & 3 – Projects up to $1bn

About the role

We are seeking experienced Foremen to lead day‑to‑day site operations across a range of high‑value projects in Sydney, from residential towers to a $1bn data centre. You will work closely with the Site Manager and broader site team to ensure safe, on‑time, and quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily pre‑start and toolbox meetings to set priorities and enforce safe work practices.
• Supervise all site activities, ensuring work meets specifications, program schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to maintain consistent quality and productivity.
• Review and interpret drawings, plans and schedules, tracking progress against program targets.
• Identify potential issues early and implement practical on‑site solutions.
• Maintain site records, checklists, defect lists and manage materials and deliveries.
• Uphold site presentation, compliance and safety at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Foreman, Structures Foreman, Finishes Foreman, General Foreman, Site Supervisor or Senior Site Supervisor.
• Background delivering high‑rise, mixed‑use or large‑scale projects in commercial, residential, health, education, industrial or data‑centre sectors.
• Experience working within Tier 1‑3 projects in Australia.
• Strong subcontractor management and site coordination history.
• Trade background or relevant Building & Construction qualification preferred.

Required skills

• Good understanding of program management, QA, ITPs, NCC and Australian Standards.
• Experience with Procore, Aconex or similar construction management systems.
